The Zalpha MG-S Magnetic Strip Guidance AMR from the Zalpha Series is a versatile and cost-effective autonomous mobile robot, perfect for streamlining material handling across various industries. Utilizing a magnetic strip navigation system, this AMR is both user-friendly and flexible, allowing easy setup and programming to meet diverse operational needs. The Zalpha MG-S can carry payloads up to 300 kg and achieve a top speed of 60 m/min, optimizing transport times within production or warehouse environments. With a compact base (550 mm x 750 mm x 200 mm for standard models), the AMR is designed to fit in confined spaces while offering a zero turning radius for seamless maneuverability.

The AMR is equipped with advanced safety features, including a 5m adjustable-range laser scanner, bumper and emergency switches, and customizable external safety inputs, making it safe for dynamic environments. A powerful LifePo4 battery provides a runtime of up to eight hours with a rapid four-hour charge, allowing for nearly continuous operation. The Zalpha MG-S supports both automatic and manual charging, and it can be used in either standalone or fleet-managed systems (FMS), making it a scalable solution for expanding facilities. With an intuitive 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and connectivity on both 2.4/5G Hz WiFi frequencies, the Zalpha MG-S is an efficient, easy-to-operate AMR suited for modern logistics.
