The Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) by Neptune Systems is an advanced, autonomous mobile solution for industrial material handling. Designed to streamline workflows, AGVs navigate facilities using vision, lasers, or tape-guided navigation (magnetic or colored), enabling seamless movement of materials in warehouses and manufacturing plants. These AGVs are available in various configurations, including Tugger, Tunnel Type, and Forklift models, each tailored to specific applications. The Tugger model, with a maximum towing capacity of 4500 kg and a top speed of 2.6 m/s, is ideal for hauling heavy loads across extensive areas, while the Tunnel Type model features a lifting height of 60 mm and a rated load of 600 kg, making it suitable for precise lifting tasks. The Forklift model, featuring a 2000 mm lifting height and omni-directional movement, is perfect for maneuvering in tight spaces.

Each AGV model incorporates industry-leading navigation systems: the Tugger uses Lidar, the Tunnel Type relies on 2D Code navigation, and the Forklift is equipped with Laser SLAM for optimal route accuracy.
